This is a lockout service only. We don’t make, program or replace Tesla keys, key cards or fobs. Those go through Tesla.

What we don’t do

No Tesla key cards, fobs or phone-key setup
No Tesla key programming or replacement

If the car is completely dead

If the car has no power at all (a flat 12V battery), tell us when you call. That’s a different situation from a normal lockout, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help or whether Tesla Roadside is the better call.

Questions about tesla lockout

Can a locksmith open a locked Tesla?

Yes. We open locked Teslas so you can get your key card or phone out. We don’t make or program Tesla keys.

Do you make Tesla key cards or fobs?

No. Tesla keys, key cards, fobs and phone keys go through Tesla. We only handle Tesla lockouts.

My phone died and I’m locked out of my Tesla. What now?

Try the key card on the door pillar or the app on someone else’s phone. If that’s not possible, call us and we’ll come open the car.
